We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer with a hands-on mentality to be one of our first employees involved in a greenfield project.

We are a small team of computer scientists, business economists, and digital managers who primarily work remotely but also like to meet in Berlin for strategic topics. With a tendency towards pragmatism and a hands-on mentality, we have the mission to enable enterprise AI uage and are looking to build a strong engineering team.

What to expect

• Development: Drive the entire development phase of our SaaS tools, from the cloud to on-device solutions.

• DevOps: Implement and maintain our Infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.

• Teamwork: Close collaboration and clear communication with the team.

Requirements

Experience:

• Commercial Experience in backend development, including server-side frameworks such as Django or Ruby on Rails

• Experience with frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)

• Good communication skills and teamwork experience

Knowledge and Skills:

• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an agile environment

• Strong knowledge in JavaScript and Python

• Good understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

• Basic knowledge of cloud computing services such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure

• Experience with Git
